Automatic CIP Cleaning System with Solution Tank

The Automatic CIP Cleaning System with External Solution Tank is a fully integrated clean-in-place station for hygienic production lines. It combines three stainless steel circulation tanks, a separate solution tank, sanitary circulation pumps, automatic chemical dosing units, motorized valves, stainless steel process piping and a PLC touchscreen cabinet on one compact skid. The system circulates cleaning solution through tanks, pipelines, filling machines, pumps, valves and heat exchangers, allowing equipment to be cleaned in place without repeated dismantling. This reduces manual labor, production downtime and the risk of secondary contamination.

The external solution tank adds useful storage and buffering capacity and makes acid, alkaline and recovered solution management more flexible. The three circulation tanks can be configured for different cleaning duties, including acid, alkaline, clean water, hot water or disinfectant. Independent metering pumps provide accurate chemical dosing, while the PLC control system supports automatic cleaning recipes, multi-route operation and optional monitoring of temperature, liquid level, conductivity, flow and pressure. Operators can view equipment status and receive alarms through the touchscreen interface, making daily operation easier and more consistent.

The unit is built for demanding hygiene requirements. Tanks and product-contact parts are available in SUS304 or SUS316L, with mirror-polished interiors, sanitary connections and carefully arranged pipework to reduce dead corners. The complete system is mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters and adjustable feet for convenient positioning and maintenance. It is suitable for dairy, beverage, brewery, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic production, and can be customized by tank volume, cleaning route, heating method, automation level, connection standard and power supply to match the customer's process.
