Compact Three Tank Automatic CIP Cleaning System

The Compact Three-Tank Automatic CIP Cleaning System is a space-saving, fully integrated clean-in-place unit for hygienic production equipment. Three polished stainless steel tanks, sanitary circulation pumps, chemical dosing units, process valves, stainless steel piping and a PLC touchscreen cabinet are arranged on one compact skid. The system circulates cleaning solution through tanks, pipelines, filling machines, pumps, valves and heat exchangers, delivering consistent cleaning without the need to disassemble production equipment.

The three tanks can be configured for acid, alkaline and clean-water service, or adapted for hot water, recovered water and disinfectant according to the cleaning process. Automatic chemical dosing helps maintain the correct concentration and reduces chemical consumption. The PLC control system supports stored cleaning recipes, automatic circulation steps and optional monitoring of temperature, level, conductivity, flow and pressure. Operators can control the process and check system status through a clear touchscreen interface.

Tanks and product-contact parts are available in SUS304 or SUS316L, with mirror-polished interiors, sanitary fittings and pipework designed to minimize dead corners. The compact stainless steel frame with casters and adjustable feet saves floor space and simplifies positioning, relocation and maintenance. The unit is suitable for dairy, beverage, brewery, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic production, including the cleaning of storage tanks, pipelines, mixers, filters, pumps and plate heat exchangers.

The system can be supplied with different tank volumes, heating methods, cleaning routes, automation levels, connection standards and power supplies. This makes it easy to integrate into new or existing production lines while reducing manual labor, water use, chemical consumption and equipment downtime.
